Monday Moving Matters - LIVE 6.30am
To workout on Monday morning can be the difference between turning up or not. We'll move and get ourselves in the best headspace to face whatever the week throws at us, and we'll get some great squat in too. Can't wait to see you there!
Tuesday
Tuesday Stretch and Mobility - LIVE 7.00am
A mix between Yoga, mobility and core work, every Tuesday we stretch it out - getting the tension out of our hips, our shoulders and letting go of what we don't need to carry. It's only a 20 minute workout but you will feel so good afterwards. Releasing and stretching is just as important as getting the heart rate up.
Wednesday
Wednesday Weighted Workout - LIVE 6.30am
Join me every Wednesday for a Weighted workout that will challenge different muscles group, but more importantly get us feeling stronger. I use 5kg weights for these workouts.
Friday
Fresh Body Friday - LIVE 6.30am
Every Friday we'll do a fresh new mix of bodyweight, cardio and strength moves to get our whole body ready for the day, you'll only need your mat, and some water! You'll leave this 30 minute class happy and in the best mood for the weekend!
