Just wanted to say being back in The Hub has been amazing! Best is waking up and having done my exercise by 7am BUT also having access for when I don’t make the 6.30am and doing a catch up when it suits me is brilliant. I feel 100% happier when I’ve exercised!! Your chatty lovely nature gets me through the workouts and takes my mind off the clock! Thank you so much !!

The Hub makes me see exercise in a completely different light! Hated PE, hated the gym, would never stick to DVD workouts…… I’ve now consistently exercised 3x a week since May!!! And it’s not even something I dread doing its just part of my week. I don’t weigh myself or measure – I’m not exercising for those reasons anymore and I genuinely believe that is why I’ve stuck to it and continue to build it into my week! I’m so grateful to you for helping me enjoy moving my body! Thank you
