Hello,

I’m Jemma Thomas, a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. I’ve helped hundreds of women find a fun, accessible and sweaty workout they can fit in around their busy lives.  

My main goal has always been to help others just move, so they can see the amazing benefits that exercise brings – the magical impact it can have on your life – both emotionally and physically. 

I began Jemma’s Health Hub, now Just Moving with Jem, in 2016 and it has grown into a hugely supportive community of strong women sharing stories, exercise tips and, of course, their sweaty selfies!

I’m a mum of two boys – Jude and Buddy - so know exactly how tough it can be to fit in exercise while balancing work and family and that’s why our workouts can be done whenever, wherever you want. 

Moving your body can be so transformative,  it’s all about how good it makes you feel, not a number on the scales.
