I'm not going to talk about weight loss or detoxing, I'm not going to say you'll lose 7ibs in 7 days.. I'm not going to ask you to count calories, I'm not going to say 'create your bikini body this winter'.... because I'm not about quick fixes.. I'm about the long term and using exercise to be HAPPY.
The only thing I have found that works is steady and consistent exercise, and it isn't just me... almost 300 Hubbers have been through the Hub.
There is no 'end goal..or end weight' because we're never done, we just carry on exercising 3 times a week because it's part of life and has such positive benefits.
The aim is that you exercise with us in The Hub 3 times a week, feel supported and mentally stronger. The weight loss is a happy byproduct.
The Hub will kickstart new healthy habits, and when it becomes a habit, you won't want to stop.
I host the workouts LIVE, alongside all the Hubbers so you're never alone. It's not like searching for a YouTube workout then leaving halfway through because no-one's watching. You're much more likely to stick to a plan when there are people along for the ride.
We workout together every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30am, but they are all saved so you can do them later in the day as many Hubbers do if they can't make it to the live workout.
You don't need any specific equipment but you can add hand weights to the arm workouts like some Hubbers do. Many started using tin cans (beans, tomatoes etc ) then moved onto weights. The rest of the exercises are all body weight.
3 new workouts a week. Monday = Legs, Wednesday = Arms, Friday = Cardio. Routines change each week so you don't get bored.
